International Charitable Foundation "Heifer Project International” (www.heifer.org.ua) established by a USA NGO (www.heifer.org) offers a full-time position based in Kherson Regional Project Coordinator of the Communities Project Division: Heifer International Programs/Central Eastern Europe Country Program: Ukraine Reports to: Project Coordinator of Communities Project Function: The Regional Project Coordinator based in Kherson assists the Project Director and Project Coordinator in implementing and monitoring the project on a regional scale. The Regional Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating regional trainings, aliasing with regional stakeholders, regional logistics, ensuring effective partnership among AS Coops and regional/ local authorities. Education and/or Experience: • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably in the area of agribusiness management, economics or public administration is required • 5 years experience in and knowledge of community development and working with communities is required • Experience in development, delivering training and consultations on SME development, business planning • Strong computer skills are desirable.
