Responsibilities Assist the Program Director in planning, implementation and evaluation HPI projects in Ukraine. Process information requests and project proposals developed by Project Holders (PH) Guide institutional strengthening and capacity building of PH Coordinate implementation, and monitor designated projects Provide advice on enterprise development, agricultural and environmental issues and supervise the process selection and delivery of animals Education and/or Experience: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in management, economics, public administration, or other relevant fields. At least 5-year experience in working with international organizations in the field of development of rural communities.
